A Lovely Arrangement // 8

A Note From The Editor: This is part of our A Lovely Arrangement series, which features inspiration and advice on creating beautiful floral arrangements using inexpensive supermarket flowers. Catch up on previous posts here.

What I love most about fall weekends are the local farmers markets. Not only do I have access to fresh and local produce, but I can get my hands on really amazing flowers. With dahlias in season, I was able to grab a beautiful bundle for only $8. I added some greenery that I foraged from my backyard and a few filler flowers that I had around the house.

Next time you visit a famers market, grab a small bundle and try to make a bouquet at home! You’ll support local and have tons of fun in the process.

Price: $8

Love the arrangement – I saw you are from Atlanta! I have yet to go, but I bet the Dekalb Farmers market has a great selection of flowers as well. Thanks for the idea – I’ll be using it this weekend!

The Dekalb Farmers is wonderful and they have lots of great flowers 🙂 I got my dahlia bundle from the Freedom Farmers market which is also great!

Love this series! The farmer’s market is such a great place to find inexpensive and in-season flowers.
