For those days when we could all use a little extra dream in our wardrobe, these images were inspired by the work of Rodney Smith, whose work is beautiful and whimsical, elegant and classic. We love the playfulness of the light and the subtle undertones of greenery in the background. With fall ever nearer on the horizon, we’re looking forward to the crisp breeze and the excuse to play dress-up just a little more often.

Having been an admirer of Mr. Smith’s photography for many years previous, I was ecstatic when I found his personal blog last year and have henceforth thoroughly enjoyed his wonderfully written musings on photography, life, love, spirit, and everything in between. 🙂
